All purchases, including VYPro subscriptions and VYPro Gift products, are final and non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, no refunds or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances. Please ensure you fully understand the service before making a purchase.
VYPro integrates directly with your Discord account to assign exclusive roles and provide associated benefits. By subscribing to VYPro, you agree to grant us access to your Discord User ID for role management and verification purposes. Login credentials are never collected, stored, or shared.
As a user of VYPro, you agree to behave respectfully and legally. Abuse, manipulation, reverse-engineering, or any form of exploitation of our systems will result in immediate account termination without compensation.
VYPro and UltraBackend GmbH provide services "as-is" without warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to data loss, account suspensions (e.g., Discord account actions), or service interruptions.
UltraBackend GmbH reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of VYPro services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
